We accept cancellations before production or shipment. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the item has already been cut, processed, or shipped, only a partial refund is available. Details of refund amounts are outlined below.
We accept returns. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their product.
Returned items must be in good condition, clean, and in the same state as when received. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase for returns.
Full Refund: If the product is defective, damaged, of poor quality, or does not match the ordered item, we provide a full refund.
Partial Refund: If the return is due to the customer’s own reasons, the customer will bear the shipping cost. The exact shipping fee depends on the courier chosen. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund 70% of the order amount.
Custom or made-to-measure orders are also eligible for returns, but only 40% of the order amount will be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We offer worldwide shipping. To protect your privacy, all latex products are shipped in discreet packaging. No information about the contents will be visible on the package, and our shipping staff handle items with the same discretion, ensuring no latex-related details are disclosed.
Most of our products come with free shipping — delivery to most countries in the Americas and Europe typically takes 8–11 days (excluding factors beyond our control, such as weather). A tracking number will be provided. You can track your package at https://www.17track.net/en.
Production & Processing:
All of our garments are handmade, with a standard production time of 7–15 days (for both standard and custom sizes). If you need expedited processing, please contact us after placing your order. We can complete orders in as little as 2–6 days, and items will be shipped immediately after production.
For expedited orders, please contact us via email or WhatsApp. We will coordinate the processing and charge a reasonable rush fee.
