Repair Service
LatexLook offers a one-year warranty on all latex garments. Within the warranty period, if the product has quality issues or experiences normal wear and tear, zipper damage, or small tears and holes, we provide free repairs, with customers responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility.
Warranty Coverage
Covered Under Warranty
- Zipper damage, jamming, or breakage
- Stitching separation or seam delamination
- Small tears or holes
- Loss of shine or minor cracking of the latex layer
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Intentional or severe large-area damage or tearing
- Damage caused by improper or abnormal use
- Damage resulting from user modifications, cutting, or dyeing
Warranty Claim
Within the Warranty Period
To request a repair, please contact us via email at service@latexlook.com; We will confirm the details within 48 hours and arrange the repair as soon as possible. In addition, we require you to provide the following information in your email.
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the damaged area
- Description of the issue
- Shipping details
Repairs usually take 7–30 business days (excluding round-trip shipping time).
Out of Warranty
Outside the warranty period, you may still contact us by email and provide the information listed above. After reviewing the details, we will offer a repair quote based on the extent of the damage. You can then decide whether to send the garment back for repair, with shipping costs to and from our facility still borne by you.
LatexLook supports chlorination treatment for latex garments. You can visit the chlorination treatment application page to submit a request, helping extend the lifespan of your latex garments and maintain their optimal shine.
